CANCELLATION POLICY

At Vivi Vita Retreats Ltd, we pride ourselves on offering intimate, bespoke experiences, which is why our retreats are limited to a small number of participants. To ensure that both our guests and our team can effectively manage any unexpected cancellations, we've established the following cancellation policy.

Non-Refundable Deposits: All hold deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. However, these deposits (minus a £100 re-listing fee) may be transferred to another new attendee, provided that the original attendee secures their replacement.

Payment Schedule:

• The full balance is due 60 days before the start date, unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Refunds:

• If a cancellation request is submitted after the balance due date but at least 30 days before the retreat start date, 25% of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 29 days of the retreat will not be eligible for any refund.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential cancellations or unforeseen events. Our policy is strict, and we are unable to make exceptions for any reason, including weather, injury, illness, or personal emergencies. There are no refunds or credits for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures. Travel insurance can also cover medical expenses should an accident occur during the retreat. Most travel insurance policies must be purchased within 14 days of your reservation.

Retreat Cancellations: Vivi Vita Retreats Ltd reserves the right to cancel any retreat due to insufficient participant interest. In such cases, all monies paid to Vivi Vita Retreats will be fully refunded. Cancellation for this reason will be communicated at least one month before the retreat start date. We cannot be held responsible for personal expenses, such as airline tickets, due to changes in itinerary or retreat cancellations.

DISCLAIMER

Vivi Vita Retreats Ltd and our associates (referred to as "Agents") act solely as facilitators in arranging travel, accommodation, and other related services for our retreats. We disclaim any responsibility for damage, injury, or loss resulting from delays, schedule changes, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Agents will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings, or any personal injury, death, or other loss incurred during the retreat. This agreement supersedes all prior communications and agreements. Participants engage in activities at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and safety. We recommend consulting a healthcare practitioner if there are concerns about physical activity during the retreat.

Photographs and Media: By attending our retreats, you agree to allow Vivi Vita Retreats Ltd and other participants to take and share photographs and images of you during the retreat. We request you tag Vivi Vita Retreats when posting about our retreats.

GUEST CONDUCT POLICY

Guest Behaviour: We reserve the right to exclude any participant from the retreat if their behaviour endangers themselves, others, or the integrity of the retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the participant may be responsible for any additional costs incurred. We also reserve the right to cancel any future bookings if a participant fails to meet our suitability standards.

By booking with Vivi Vita Retreats Ltd, you accept full responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party and agree to cover all associated costs. We encourage you to ensure that your travel insurance covers such eventualities.
